I wish winter would go away D: It's still snowing here :/

This was just a doodle that I somewhat fixed up (you can tell I got super lazy once I got to the clothing) of a character I've been concepting for a while. Her temporary name is Hikari, but I'm probably gunna change it a few thousand times till I find one I really like XD;; Suggestions are open. She's kinda emo when people aren't looking but I love her all the same. Her only friend is Ty and they loooove to pick on each c: /lame (Tyler the bunny from new years who's name will change too) I'm gunna stop rambling now but I'll probably give her a better intro and all later XD;; She's still in the works but This is somewhat close to her final design (though you can't really see what her clothing actually looks like /fail)

Tried out some different stuff dunno how much I ~*love*~ it though :l but what evs. I think I got the brushed in the uhm bg ish think lmao, it doesn't really count as a bg really, from [link] I think ;
